Becoming a member at Stoneleigh G&CC means being part of a family friendly community that prides itself on the history, amenities and beauty of their Club. Membership at Stoneleigh enables you to escape from the stresses of everyday life.  With a stunning golf course and relaxed clubhouse, it is easy to enjoy a cocktail or casual meal with friends and family. At Stoneleigh, members can relax and enjoy one another’s company without the pretentiousness found at other clubs.

Members enjoy one of the most beautiful and accessible golf courses in Northern Virginia. Stoneleigh members have the benefit of uncrowded links with less than half the rounds played annually as most other area clubs.

Members also take advantage of a full calendar of special events, expansive practice area, excellent food, and a family oriented pool.  Beyond amenities, however, Stoneleigh members consistently report that the camaraderie and down to earth nature of our members combined with a staff that knows the members and cares deeply about their needs results in a very unique and relaxing experience.

​Application Process

Stoneleigh welcomes membership inquiries and if you’ve never been to the Club we’d like to show you around. The website has a great deal of information including membership categories listed below.

Once we have determined the category of membership that best suits you, our membership packet and plan will describe our structure in full detail. It is not required that applicants are sponsored by a current Stoneleigh G&CC member.

Completed applications should be returned to the Membership Director for review.  A decision is typically made within two weeks. Stoneleigh G&CC does reserve the right to not accept any membership application, but the Club does not base membership acceptance on religion, race, gender or sexual preferences. Stoneleigh is interested in people of good character who desire a fun, private, down-to-earth Club atmosphere, and we value applicants who will share our pride in the Club. Membership Categories

Full Members enjoy unlimited golf without green fees, access to the driving range and practice facilities, member tournaments, golf lessons and clinics, junior golf camps, the pool, tennis courts, swim team, swim lessons, dining at the Tavern and special events.
Associate Membership is available to those 35 years and younger at a preferred rate.  Associate Members enjoy the same privileges as Full Members at reduced dues.
Corporate Membership offers bonafide businesses and other organizations the opportunity to combine golf and social memberships.   Corporate Members also may sponsor unaccompanied guests in non-prime times, based on availability.
The Sports Membership is a great option for families as an introduction to golf with full access to the golf practice facilities, pool, tennis courts, Tavern and social events at the Club.  The Sports Membership also provide families access to the golf course with a "pay as you play" golf option.
A Social Membership includes access to the pool, swim team, tennis courts, the Tavern and social events.
